Depends who is testing you, and what they are testing for. I've beaten two randomly administered tests by the NCAA and six random in-house tests at a Division 1 school.

If it's an NCAA test, they aren't automatically testing for roids--most likely, they're just testing five drugs (coke, ephedrine, marijuana, amphetimenes, etc)--but you won't know for sure unless you ask them the morning of the test.
