I'm 39 219lbs around 22% 5'10
I'm hear to learn I have been lifting off and on with injuries and the slow dive down hill ..u know errrrrr I'm tired of chicken lol but I'm back and willing to learn from the pros.Im Currently on my cut with Keto skd got to say I love the diet but it's still a long hard road to 9% so 16weeks or more who knows so ty for any questions that get answered in the future.

Welcome dude! I did the SKD for about 8 months. Felt great. Got down to a phenomenal bf%. There's definitely good and bad to it. I just went back to a glycolysis based diet IOT gain some weight. Hope you find what you need here!
