    Question how do i maximize lbido and keep it during a cut

    As the title!
    im 100% natural so i want to know how i maximize lbido, some bulks i have crazy lbido and can bust like 6 nuts with a girl during a night BUT sometimes i dont rly get that crazy lbido, and during a cut i useally lose alot of my lbido even tho i dont go that low in kcal and dont get that lean i think the leanest i have been is like 9% bf at 84kg or something.

    anyway my last bulk i went up to 91kg and was maybe 13-14% bf and lbido was peaking and i was strong,
    but then i did a 14 week cut or something and i kinda lost it, even after my bulk started it took long af to it to even become decent and i dont even think its that good atm even tho its probaly quite normal or better im at 88kg (morning weight) maybe 12% bf and quite strong too almost same as last bulk.
    so any advice to get lbido high as fuck? and how to keep it decently during a cut, i mean thats the only legit reason to get ripped

    Just don't drop too many carbs and you should not have problems with libido.

    Yeah its defenitly diet, but i think i maybe did a too long cut last time i think il try higher kcal and a break for a week on maintain every like 6 weeks? i did start on 3000kcal first week last time (lost 2kg) tho but i lowered with 100kcal every week until 2500 maybe maybe a bit to fast idk i had a back injury going on too that i wasnt aware of the whole cut, like the injury makes whole me weak it feels like im cutting, i noticed when i was bulking again becuse i didnt gain any strenght just gained weight until i went to a naprapath, idk maybe that had an important impact on the whole lbido thing too

    You might simply be to lean. From my own experience, at around 9% (Only been there once) my libido was severely limited.

    Really you guys. Ive never heard being to lean or lack of carbs effects libido. Shit I thought I was just to tired from cardio. Anything to read on this?
