Perhaps I'm seeking comfort in preparation for my 11 day break I will need to take in January. I will need to live temporarily at my parents while they're gone and while I care for my niece and nephew at their home, I won't be able to work out during that time. I'm dreading the break and I will be in a shitty mood as a result, I've not taken a long break such as this since I started to work out 1.5 years ago. Has anyone take a break as such from working out? If so, did you turn into a marshmallow? lol Will I lose some muscle during this time?
