    New Guy From Louisiana

    Ok...so I've done googled as much as I can and I'm seeking a direct answer to direct question lol. I'm 29 5'9 195lbs 14% bf. I'm fixing to start a cycle of:
    d-bol 30 mgs daily 4 weeks
    Test E 500 mgs weekly 12 weeks

    An hcg as well...a buddy said he had some to get me through two months so I'll get with him...cannot remember the name or dose amount but I do have one...

    Question is do I HAVE to use an AI while on d-bol or is it just a good idea? If so will nolvadex work because I have it on hand or does it need to be a specific AI. Yes I've looked into it...I've read for hours and hours but I keep getting different opinions and was hoping a vet would have some guiding information. I don't want to screw my cycle up with lack of knowledge.

    You stated that you were planning on running Test E 500mgs pw, weeks 1-12 and DBol 30mgs daily weeks 1-4. Test should always be the base for any stack. And 500mgs of Test per week should be accompanied by an AI. Nolvadex is not an AI, Arimidex is a very popular AI and should be dosed at .25mgs every other day or every third day.
