    First Cycle

    Hello Everyone,

    I'm about to start my first cycle. My best friend has gotten into body building and has been successful with it and won his first two shows. I've always wanted to try steroids but never knew where to start or where to get them and know that they were quality steroids.

    He gave me a starter cycle and I wanted to see what everyone thought of it. It involves two injectables and three peptides.

    Injectables
    Test-E - 0.5 CC twice per week
    Deca - 0.5 CC twice per week

    Peptides
    Arimedex - 0.5 CC every other day
    Clen 0.3 CC every day
    T3 - 0.3 CC every day

    He's won both of the body building competitions that he has entered so I feel like he knows what he's talking about. However, I was talking to another friend that has done a few cycles and his first questions was what's your PCT? My friend that won the competitions didn't mention that. I'd appreciate any help or guidance you can give me on PCT. What to get, dosage, and anything else that might be relevant.

    Winning a show doesn't mean jack shit. Maybe everyone else in the class was a train wreck?

    Twice a week for how long? 2 weeks? 2 years?

    Whoever told you to run T3 and clen in a 1st cycle is a freaking moron and should be kicked in the balls. There's really no need to ever run either. And you run TEST ONLY for a 1st cycle.

    Any1 who even thinks about running FREAKING DECA with no PCT should be locked in a Octagon with Chuck.

    Twice a week for 10 - 12 weeks on the Test and DECA

    Age - 31
    Height - 5'7
    Weight - 210
    BF% - around 20%
    Training history - I train on average 5 days a week

    Training HISTORY, as in HOW LONG have you been training?

    At your height & weight your BF is wayyyyyy to high for AAS. You will put yourself @ great risk to your health.

    If you diet down and then consider AAS you will be golden.................

    I would rec test oly for 14wks for first cycle, with AI dex and PCT ready. drop all the other stuff. maybe next cycle try deca.
    I would rec dropping BF% to 15ish before starting. more BF seems to cause more estrogen and BP issues in people.

    I've always lived an active lifestyle. I've been lifting on and off since I was in high school. I've been pretty dedicated over the last 2 years to getting up in the mornings before work when my tennis elbow hasn't been too bad. I usually lift 5 days a week and do cardio 2-3 days a week whether it's boxing, running, or on the stair climber.

    I'll get down to about 195 before starting. From what I've been reading on here I wasn't prepared at all and just going by what my buddy recommended since I assumed he knew what he was talking about. Thanks for the advice guys.

    Hello Topper, and welcome to the forum! I'm sure your friend didn't mean you any harm and was just going by what he knew at the time. Believe me, it happens quite often. There are lots of good people on this forum that can tell you exactly what to do that will be a safe approach to begin meeting all your body building goals. Good luck!
