Hi everyone I need some help. I am 5'11" and 198 pounds. I would like to loose some weight but I want to get on a cycle that won't make me loose sleep. I've taken testosterone enanthate in the past but it affects my sleep too much giving me insomnia. And I have sleeping problems even while not taking any steroids. So can you please advise on something that could really help me sleep and loose weight at the same time? If course being able to gain muscle would be good too, but at my weight that isn't my number one priority. I was thinking like HGH, IDK thoughts? Thanks!
