Hey! Welcome! How is your workout routine set up? What does your diet consist of? Are you trying to cut fat and lean out or bulk up and get heavier?
Thank you. I've been doing Chest and arms 3 days a week and back 2 days a week and I do legs and abs 1 day a week. But in those chest and back days I run 1-2 miles. I have lower belly and back fat but not that bad. I eat pretty healthy. Eggs and oatmeal every morning. I eat lots of fruit. I eat alot of greens. And alot of tuna and chicken.
Well if you are trying to get bigger muscles I would say you are overdoing your chest and arms. Have you looked into HIT?
Yes I have.
Well if your dIet is dialed in, you run HIT program, and you only work each group once a week. I would say you probably dont need to take any other supplements, just give it time. If the workouts reach a plateau change it up.
