At 25 years old, without any AAS, I weighed 145lbs and was able to bench press 275lbs. You can do the same, if you really want to maximize your genetic potential. Some of the side benefits of maximizing your potential is that your tendon strength and muscle strength will balance out. It take years for your tendons and connecting tissues to get strong. Your muscles can get stupid strong in 3 to 4 months. Strong muscles with weak tendons is a disaster waiting to happen. If you are serious about maximizing your genetic potential you'd train naturally until you're close to 30 before you start cycling AAS. My .02
