until now I did one winter bulking cycle a year only and then in summer season I did a cutting program by natural on supplements diet and cardio only.. but this causes me great loss of lean body mass ever.
For the future I would avoid this as much as possible.
Do you think it is good to do two or more consecutive bulking cycles without cutting cycles?
Or it's better to do a summer maintenance/cutting cycle between bulking cycles ever??
I don't do competitions and I'm not interested in extreme definition, I'm happy with a 12% of Bf (maybe 10% in the future) but not less!
