Hi all - new member here in Upstate NY, USA. Been lifting with decent regularity for 5-7 years. By "decent", I mean that when I am lifting, I'm disciplined, plan/follow/document a good program, etc. My major flaw would be consistency - I will tend to go all in for 4-6 months, then drop off completely for 1-3 months.
I'm currently 32 years old, 5'9", 170 lbs with about 13% BF.
Looking to learn more about potential supplementation before deciding whether to give it a shot (pun intended)
