    Starting cycle Tomorrrow RECOMP BULK/CUT

    As planned I'm starting my cycle tomorrow , this is a pretty big cycle

    This is going to be a RECOMP Trying to lose BF while gaining some muscle so this is my plan



    I'm currently cutting still to lean out a little more and using intermittent fasting 16/8 protcol with carb back loading (carbs only PWO) with fasted cardio in the morning and weights and more cardio at night ,


    My goal behind this cycle is to get clean gains not MASS gains just clean gains and lose some BF or keep it that same so im heading into this at a deficit maintenance by the time the deca kicks in ill be upping my calories to take full effect of deca

    I'm not going to focus on the scale but more the mirror once a week .



    200LBS
    8-12% BF
    5.10


    currently

    2,000 calories some days less some more being relaxed about this staying clean as always

    250g Protein
    60g fat
    120-150g Carbs (depends how im feeling)

    Training split

    chest/back
    Shoulders
    Legs
    Arms
    Rest
    Repeat

    Abs every other day post workout

    off days fasted cardio in the morning


    Heading into this in a cut maintenance and will increase calories as im feeling it as im not wanting massive gains just clean gains


    Dbol 1-5 50mg (1 week 25mg next 3-4 50mg) (doses all at once 1 hour pre workout)
    T3 1-10 50mcg (dose all at once morning)
    deca 1-13/14 400mg
    test E 1-16 600mg
    Winstrol 10-15 50mg (Doses split 25mg morning 25mg evening)

    Adex 1-16 0.5mg (3x a week and adjust as needed)
