Thread: where to get info

    where to get info

Im thinking about my first cycle and the ONLY information i can get is "do your research". No offense if you have said that before but, NO SHIT!!! my question is where are a few resources to get good info. there are a thousand web sites out there and i can't always tell right away if they are legit or not. Also if you have any info on a first go around ill take it. looking to get strong, not necessarily looking for size but will take it. would like to lean out a bit too.

Im 33, 5'9", 240 lbs, 26% BF, active in rugby and still lifting heavy

my diet is in check (though just recently) and my workout plan is where it needs to be. i don't want to compete in any shows or break any records, just want a boost to the next level. I don't even think i wanna cycle forever, maybe just one or two (a third if i have to) then maintain anything i have from there.

    Thanks in advance

Trust me no one will give any information especially being this is your first post but if you keep digging you will wind up getting scammed really quickly because vultures are in every profession... Good luck OP!!!

Unfortunately there are far too many clowns who state the obvious but don't offer an solution. Those guys don't know shit about nutrition, training, or AAS.

Feel free to ask whatever questions you may have. Maybe they sound stupid to some people but they were new once too.

As for your stats and goals; you are not in condition for AAS use. Leaning out will come from nutrition. Training heavy needs to be replaced with reducing the weight and increasing reps.

    What is your cardio protocol?

I completely agree with the above advice. You need to drop bodyfat before you use AAS. This is one of the most over looked of not ever followed pieces of advice. You need to get to 15% body fat. 12% would be even better. Your results will be much more dramatic if you do. Most people think they will use AAS to help them get big and drop alot of fat ( when starting from a very high bf %) Well it wont. If you can't get to a low bodyfat (10-15% ) naturally. It is going to be extremely hard to do it after you go off cycle. Because you will have a hormonal imbalance and your drive to train will diminish (atleast in 90% of users) my advice is to further educate yourself on your diet or if you do have it now in check like you stated. Continue to drop bodyfat until your at more appropriate levels for AAS use. Good luck and I hope to see you reach your goals!!
