Do DS, PH and Sarms mess up thyroid function?

I can't post the specifics at the moment because I'm at work.... but recent blood work is showing my TSH is low... not out of range, but very low.... and T3 and T4 are quite high.... ALP is also high along with bad cholesterol.....

Does PHs or even pct drugs mess with thyroid? I don't wanna jump on thyroid medicine if this is normal and will go back to normal levels in a while...

    Any info appreciated.

    Yes, steroids affect thyroid function.

Bloodwork should be 8 weeks after usage to allow things to go back to normal.

You dont need thyroid meds if you dont have symptoms and your free t3 and free t4 are inside range.

I am not positive if it effects thyroid function but I do know that Phs will lower your HDL and inturn lower your overall cholesterol.

Unfortunately no. And it was epistane I ran. Wish I did bloods before hand.

Cycle ended about sept 16... pct was for a month till oct 16.. felt fine until around nov 20 then started getting tons of panic attacks, chest palpations, dizzy/lightheaded off balance... had bloods done... alp is high... ldl Is high at 165..

    Thyroid:
TSH low (but in range) at .73
    T3 highish at 142.8
Free T4 is high at 1.53 (1.48 being top range)

    LH was at 2.20
    FSH at 2.55
Estrogen at 111 (115 being top range)
Test Serum at 8.24 (top range 8.36)

Just trying to figure out what is causing all these symptoms... thinking I'm still shutdown and should run another PCT for a month?

Thanks mate. Already read all that info before. I guess I'm mostly concerned about the thyroid values and if they'll recover if I do another PCT... it was also strange that the symptoms didn't manifest until a month after I finished PCT... estrogen levels are high... going to run an AI soon... no signs of gyno or bloating though..

Did you pull FT4/3 or total T4/3? The latters are almost meaningless. TSH bordering lower range is rather suggestive of high thyroid, the last thing you need is thyroid meds.

If T3 and T4 are high, who cares if TSH is low? I'm assuming you know what TSH is? It is only low because the actual thyroid hormones are high (negative feedback loop).

TSH, Thyroid Stimulating Hormone, makes your body make T3/T4. And yes, PH can mess with your thyroids. A good friend of mine killed his thyroids preparing for the Arnold Classic. Well, based on his prep, that was the most logical hypothesis. My first instinct is to give your body some time to come to homeostasis. In other words, just let your body chemicals rest without self medicating. See if your thyroids will go back to normal. Your thyroids are definitely doing something based on your T3/T4 numbers. The TSH just might be low because you have exogenous T3/T4 in your system. Don't panic, I think you're fine for now.

IT was free T4, and just T3 and TSH.

Thanks for the info mate. I'm thinking of starting a PCT of 40/40/20/20 Nolva, and 50/50/25/25/ clomid... I think I'm still shutdown... Been experiencing insane fatique, dizzyness, lightheadedness, mood is all over the place... Going to meet with an endo on Monday and have a consultation... I don't understand enough about the thyroid but I'm having difficulty understanding how TSH can be normal, and T3 is normal, but free T4 is high... Need to do more research I guess. At least this has been a good learning curve.

I understand. I'm just trying to figure out WHY they are high. TSH is normal, T3 is normal high, and Free T4 is high... any ideas?
