Hey guys new old fart from Texas. I have been a gym rat since I was in my teens and Im 58 now. I have at times looked really good and at times not so much. Lol
These days I go to the gym at least 3 times a week for a hour and a half or so.
Goals? Lose some weight, I weigh way to much even if Im not really fat, mostly muscle. Im hoping that y'all can help me out .
