    Low Dose of TEST E

Will a low dose of TEST E affect me in a negative way I was thinking like 200 mg 2 xs a week totaling 400 mg EW. My plan is to go from 26% BF to hopefully 20% BF or less in a month or sooner b4 pining TEST E, is this possible/realistic goal with proper diet and exercise? I have access to a % BF machine at my local gym and will be checking every couple weeks to see progress. So at 19 % BF is this a safe method (using TEST e 400 mg EW) to use to assist in lowering my % BF or is this a bad idea? 49 yrs. old 5'9 215lbs (I really don't look like 26 % BF but that damn machine says I am).

From what I've gathered, Test is not gonna help you cut body fat. Need to get your diet right for that. Test should help you build muscle as long as your diet supports it. I'm sure somebody else will chime in with more about it.

Visit the Diet section and focus on a solid diet plan. If you inject exogenous test into your body you will shut down whatever natural production is occurring.

At 49 I'd visit a doctor and have your T levels (actually all hormones: E2, LH, FSH, TSH, T4, T3, rT3, and the free/unbound portion as well),
as you are hitting the age were T levels might have begun to drop.
If so, TRT (and correcting high E2) would help u lose BF as well as being healthy.
Diet and training still need to be on point though.
