So I was 110 kg about 4 years ago with body fat 35%+ and I am 180 cm tall. I changed my lifestyle to eating non fried and low fat/low carb food and been eating arounf 150 gm of protein daily with weight lifting and cardio. Today I am 87 KG with around 15% bf, my physique is good except the external oblique "love handles" area, so I am thinking about having liposuction in that area, and before telling me I am a slob; I have tried to cut down to 12% bf and even 10% to the point that my face looked like a skeleton and still that area didn't change even with targeted exercises.
Did anyone here have liposuction in that area and will he let me know about his experience and when can i hit the gym back if i did it ?
