Hey guys. Trying to get back into shape. I am 6'4" 371 with about 38% bmi. I have recently ( two weeks ago) decided it is time for a change. I set out a meal plan that I have not strayed from at all and am working out 6 times a week. My question is is it common for you to gain a pound or two before you start losing weight? Thanks in advance for the help.
