    8 week cycle

    Start off with 4ml reandron 1000 (test e)

    weeks 1 & 2 - every 2nd day
    1ml tren e
    1ml sustanon

    weeks 3 to 6 - every 3rd day
    2ml tren e
    2ml sustanon

    weeks 7 & 8 - every 3rd day
    1.5ml tren e
    1.5ml sustanon

    week 8 - once off
    4ml reandron 1000 (test e)

    Will continue with sustanon 2 times a week for the next 3 months after that & 4ml reandron 1000 every 2 months.

    Thoughts?

    What are your stats?
    Dosage on sust and tren e?
    Why every 2 days then to 3 days later on for injections?
    Why switch test e then sust.
    Pct and Ai?

    I'll be honest this looks like a total mess in my opinion.

    Reandon isn't test e it's testosterone undecanoate.

    The cycle isn't planned out well. I would drop the variation in dosages and stick with one firm dose throughout the 8weeks

    I agree with Marcus and it's hard too give cycle advice to someone we don't know nothing about.Wat are your stats? Ht Wt age bf% yrs training how many cycles have you ran? This is wat we need to help you.

    What's your cycle history? I agree with the above this is a lot more complex than what it should be. What are you wanting to get out of this cycle?

    My pituitary gland hasn't functioned properly since a car accident in 1982. Been on test since 1987 - fortnightly injections and now every 2 months.

    Never really done a cycle before, however I understand from previous injections that Sustanon has good short term and medium term results - seems to only be active for upto a week before wearing off. As it is the product of choice for most doctors, have had a lot of this stuff over the years. I know, maybe cypionate should have been a better choice - but I only have what I got.

    Tren E - long acting and takes a bit to kick in I have read. Never really had the stuff before, but apparently maybe the best to have with the different blend of Sustanon.

    First 2 weeks is to get the tren / test active, weeks 3 & 6 to keep the levels stable and 7 & 8 to ween off Tren as it will still be active for some weeks after stopping.

    I would get my bf to 15%. How often and how long have you been training?

    Doctors in 1987 told me to start exercising and doing weights and I did.

    There were a few years of to much work and gym slowed down to 1 or 2 times a week and put on 40kgs or so. Started back on daily training around 2009 lost 30kgs and for the past 5 years I do 1 hour of crossfit in the morning Mon-Fri and 1 to 2 hours of weights in the afternoon.

    Diet is pretty good but I do hold fluids and digestion has never been the best.

    I'd get your fat down before you cycle for sure. It's evident with that bodyfat and the amount of exercise you do that your diet is, how can I put this without being upsetting, awful. Please post a pic of your current physique so we can advise properly.

    When that happens just run a test only cycle. Sust is a blend of esters so it might be difficult to control E2, beginners should really stick to a single ester (enanthate or cypionate ideally).

    Also, 10-15 hours of training a week? That's a lot and that's an understatement.

    This is the only pic I have. Not having an active pituitary means I need to do a lot more, my current training seems good - any less and sleep / digestion become a real mess. Currently sleep around 5 to 6 hours a day - less training I will only get 2 to 4 hours sleep a day.
