    New, first cycle and lost with amount of info out there.

    Hello, new here and want to start a first cycle. There is so much info out there it's hard to judge who's full of shit and who's not. Still need to do my research on this site but I want to do a test cycle and proper pct info/ regimen. Gains is why I'm here but safety is paramount and the reason why I haven't tried a cycle yet. Any tips or comments on how to navigate this mountain of knowledge is greatly appreciated.

    Body fat last time I measured was 22%

    Been lifting for 3 years now, average 5 days a week. Have to workout at 3:30 am due to my crazy life schedule and not happy with my results. I've lost 20 pounds over the 3 years and gained who knows how much muscle. My chest is refusing to grow no matter what I throw at it.

    Start off by reading the stickies, that's where a lot of good knowledge is. And then from there, it's just about hanging around and learning. Good luck!

    I know the chest well, pm me for a good workout for it, guarantee it will grow.

    Also,are you getting sleep and make sure you do not overtrain

    Thank you. I started following the Wendler log app two months ago which is a strength training app which I am noticing some strength gains and it takes me an hour to complete which is all the time I have. My last PR's before following the app was 275 chest 300 squat and 315 DL. Any other apps or programs you use?
