Hello, new here and want to start a first cycle. There is so much info out there it's hard to judge who's full of shit and who's not. Still need to do my research on this site but I want to do a test cycle and proper pct info/ regimen. Gains is why I'm here but safety is paramount and the reason why I haven't tried a cycle yet. Body fat last time I measured was 22%
Been lifting for 3 years now, average 5 days a week. Have to workout at 3:30 am due to my crazy life schedule and not happy with my results. I've lost 20 pounds over the 3 years and gained who knows how much muscle. My chest is refusing to grow no matter what I throw at it.
