Gents, I just gotta say how impressed I am with this forum and how supportive and helpful everyone is on here, I was lurking for awhile until I decided to make the plunge and sign up.
With that and all the amazing information, I am going to run my first cycle ever here soon and looking forward to it. Going to run it by the book using Austinite's First Cycle Thread.
I have everything on hand to get started. Waiting to have my Pre/Yearly bloodwork this coming week, then will start after.
I am 37, 5'8" at 205lbs, 10% to 12% BF after the holiday binge, was probably up to 15% coming out of Christmas. I've been working out since I was in middle school. I've been back at it serious for 4 years straight, prior I switched up my workout for MMA and Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu strength-based workouts where I kept my weight at 165-185 for competitions and fights.
Last year I had done 2 cycles of PH, Epi and liked the gains. Kept them mostly after the cycles too.
Bench at 285, Squat 415, Deadlift 465+. To say I'm excited to see what a cycle can do is putting it lightly and in someway disappoint to have waited this long to try one. Wish me luck and appreciate all the support in the future ahead.
