    Red face Aussie lurker

Thought I should finally actually register and say Hi

    30 y/o, 5'6", 65kg/144lb

Been twice this size when I was 18, and through every 'fitness' iteration the past 10 years. Finally settled on some decent strength training the past 6 months that I actually enjoy focusing on basic lifts and progressive overload (Please don't mention the 'body beast' phase.. it's taken a lot of therapy to overcome)

Always been militantly natty but have changed my mind recently. I feel old, and what satisfies me is making progress and hitting my natural potential as soon as possible. Hasn't been happening as fast as I'd like it to so been heavily researching to really see some change that reflects the amount of effort I put in. Hopefully in the safest and healthiest way.

Hoping to stick to the beginner plan by austinite as it seems quite solid and a great starting place with plenty of advice here

    Cheers!

Sounds like the diet section could get your gains going again. Worth a visit.

Oh. And welcome. Lots of queers here too.

Welcome to the forum. Everything you need to know is right here. Read, read, read, ask questions. Learn as much as you can about AAS before you begin using steroids. Good luck!

    Cheers everyone!

Haven't stopped my research, and feeling vastly more confident. Gathering all the required goods and intend on doing this the best, efficient and healthiest way I can... hoping to start in the next fortnight.

    2 questions-

    1) Given the average vial of Test E and HCG, for the sake of economics (based on autinites guide) is it better to do 500mg Test/500iu HCG for 10 weeks, or 400mg Test/400iu HCG for 12 weeks? I'm a bit of a midget, and was already considering the 400 doses.

    2) My current strength training is every 2nd day alternating between 2 routines. I average closer to 3 workouts a week though, factoring in the physical nature of my work (Okay I'm just lazy). What sort of frequency will I be able to get away with while on Test without experiencing burnout? Last year I did 3 months of strength training 6 days a week and actually lost strength due to burn out, then the inevitable back injury that was just waiting to come.
