Hey all, new to this. Tired of being tired all the time. 5 ft 10 weighing my most at 235. After the military I let my self go. I've been lifting again and feeling stronger. Looking for someone who can help me get out of my ptsd fog and point me in the right direction on what will help a 37 year old to lose weight and gain muscle. Not looking for a miracle I know I have to put in work. Even reputable places to buy or cycle help. Thanks everyone
