Hi everyone, I'm in my early 40s & been training off & on seriously for over 20 years. 5ft 8 inches tall, 180 pounds, 18% body fat. Worked for years as a certified personal trainer in the late 90s & early 2000's and also hold a Masters degree in exercise physiology. Worked in the clinical setting as an exercise physiologist in cardiac, pulmonary and respiratory rehab so I am comfortable with foundational science. Fitness and weight training is my passion and now I want to get back into it consistently again for the long-haul. I would love to compete in a natural/novice show in the next two years but I have a lot to learn and a lot of gains to make. My biggest areas of opportunity to learn from others here are with the many "new school techniques & philosophies for diet, weight gain, weight loss & pre-contest prep. Nice to meet those of you ladies & guys who read this.
