My guess would be 14-15%. Ur very thin in the first place. No disrespect but ur like skinny-fat. Being 6 foot u have a lot to fill out. What's ur diet looking like and training looking like. I really hope u aren't on any aas right now.
Im currently at 3500 calories, roughly 350c, 130f, 250p. I'm on a 4 day split legs,chest,back,bi/tris. I originally signed up here to get some info on AAS but after some reading know if an not ready.
