    Clen in hair follicles?

    Hello all,

    I am likely to be called for the medical portion of a police exam in about a year, give or take a month or two. I was planning on running clen in about a month for a cycle before getting off and not getting back on. I know I'd be able to pass a piss test no problem but I simply have not been able to find enough accurate information about Clens detectability in hair. The department shaves some off of your leg so do you think this would be a problem? I know its better to air on the side of caution but is there even anything to be worried about? Thanks in advance for any help.

    Cliffs:
    -Police medical in about a year.
    -They pull hair as well as give a piss test.
    -Will Clen show up on the hair test.

    Just shave your legs a few times after you quit using clen. Even if its detectable in hair this should solve the problem.

    With body hair you can be truly fucked.

    This little link gives a nice overview;

    That said, I don't think they will test for clen in body hair.
    I think they'll do a simple 6 or 12 panel drug test, which means,
    stay away from all rec drugs for a year!

    But as mentioned, shaving after consumption of drugs should protect you.

    A lot of places give you an automatic fail if you show up shaved

    I didn't mean to meet up clean shaven with no body hair,
    but shave a few times after you've finished with the drug in question and it's out of the system, so that any hair they
    analyze will not be old enough to contain the drug.

    But I still think they'll only test for rec drugs.
    If this is important to you, OP,
    maybe just don't mess with it to be on the safe side though.
    IF they test for all the drugs in the WADA registry as well as ref drugs,
    then body hair (not accounting for shaving), can go back as far as 1 year.
    (No one really knows)

    They only test for recreational drugs.

    There are literally hundreds of different compounds they would need to test. Each drug needs one specific test, its not like they make one test and it lists all you taken in last year lol

    I've never heard of any police department testing for steroids. Half the cops on the force would fail the test. LOL

    The WADA drug test costs about 500EUR to perform ive heard.
    (Not sure if that applies everywhere)
    But one can be very sure of that a doping analysis will cost a hell of a lot more than checking for rec drugs.

    Rec drug tests often use immunoassays, that means they use specific antibodies to each rec drug in question, usually 6 or 12 different ones.
    If the immunoassay is positive, they can send the test further for GC/MS testing.
    F.ex;
    The immunoassay test will turn positive on benzodiazepines if you've consumed Valium/diazepam within the last 3 days, but at that point they can't say which type of benzodiazepine you've used. And let's say you got a script for oxazepam (which is also a metabolite of diazepam). But by sending the test for further analysis they can determine which specific benzodiazepine it is.

    When it comes to AAS it would be difficult to do such a general test,
    as you can't simply to an immunoassay for androgens, everybody would turn positive in that case. So, tests for PEDs are inherently more difficult to do than for rec drugs, and cost more. Hence, they usually don't check for it unless having a specific reason, like you winning an OL medal.

    That said, I would probe a little what they test for.
    Over here AAS and PEDs have got a lot of focus lately.
    It wouldn't suprise me if they tested people they had "a feeling" were positive.
