So i was reading Austinite's fat loss protocol and had a question for anyone who's tried it or anyone who may have some solid scientific input

Would it make a difference if i just simply added the chromium to an ECA stack?

I asked because ephedrine is stronger than synephrine, green tea extract is essentially just a caffeine source so i mean the only variable would be the chromium.

I'm asking because i don't know if there's some synergy between chromium and synephrine and the green tea extract like there is with eca or if its simply just a "healthier" alternative to an ECA stack?

Any thoughts? Experience?
