28 y/of male, was in ok shape right out of hs. Back then gym daily, on a good plan, was taking methyl d [something like that it's banned now) and someother stuff the owner had got me. Trying to get back into or get into good shape, lean I guess or more defined. Currently at gym 6 days a week, cardio 30 minutes at least daily. Lift 3 days a week and circuit 3 days a week. Not.seeing results as quick as I would like so open to any suggestions. Doctor had me in bobtail [phentermine] back in the day but he saw a way for him to specialize in that and bump it too 450.00.a month plus script.cost.so.that stopped.
