As for B12 injections and EQ, that's just my normal appetite. (Which could be better, often get tired of food)
Cyprohepatine (Periactin), 4mg increased hunger noticeably.
But it also had drowsiness and water retention as a side effect.
In fact it was very comparable to the antidepressants mianserine and mirtazapine, both 5HT2A antagonist with strong H1 antagonism also, so in essence much of the same effects. Drowsiness was perhaps milder on periactin, i didn't use it for more than 1 day in a row, and I know from mianserine or other antihistamines that the drowsiness disappear/reduce with daily dosing.
I wouldn't take above mentioned drugs for any period of time due to side effects, but they do really increase appetite.
Now I would use pregabalin for the same, it boosts appetite as well.
But also major drowsiness.
Just one dose of these agents can increase my weight by almost 3kgs just by adding water and more food in the GI tract.
Water retention with these compounds are a frequent side, and on gear I would think pretty much guaranteed.
Haven't tried the peptide GHRP6, but from what I've heard,
That sounds like the way to go for increasing appetite.
(Without knowing any of its side effects and such)
Yeah. I take Modafinil 50mg/d and was wondering what the interaction would be since Modafinil and Periactin both act heavily on Histamine. I'm also concerned with Periactin lowering gh release. Overall, I'm leaning towards experimenting with B12 and Periactin only because of how incredibly cheap and convenient the two are.
Here's a lifters experience with Periactin 1 tab before bed for 3 weeks:

there is an all natural herbal remedy that is cheap and makes me hungry almost instantly...just saying...
His question is how to increase his appetite. How is your amazing suggestion of eating supposed to increase his appetite. If you're not going to help why post.
Op, if you're having trouble eating, maybe look into your diet and see if there is something in their bloating you, or filling you up too much. I find myself that certain foods just kill my appetite if I eat them, and keep me full for much longer than other things. Cutting/switching those foods with different options helps me.
Vitamin b12 makes me hungry but...
Testosterone really does the trick too
TRT is really a life changer for some people. No need to bash someone who is getting benefits out of it, he's just being honestOriginally Posted by Marsoc
Ok thanks. I can manage 2500-3000 calories but I have to always remind myself to eat when not hungry. Otherwise I only get in 2000. 3000 is really pushing it. Carb heavy and it's nap time.
I started drinking my calories for meal #1. Digestion is faster, so I get hungrier a little faster. 4 eggs, milk, protein powder, banana, spirulina, stevia/sugar.
Extreme experience, one time I fasted for 3.5 days. Near the end, to say that all I was thinking about food is an understatement. I stopped shortly after thoughts of eating my roommate, friends, coworkers, pets came up. Disturbing....
Ok!

Try eating a cup full of mixed nuts before bedtime.
About 700-800 calories of protein, fiber, and good fats.
I swear by ghrp-6 and cjc1295. 100mcgs of each 3 times daily and I can eat up to 5k or more calories a day. I will never "bulk" without it. It would be a good stand alone even to increase appetite. I highly recommend it. I will often times use it on random days in the summer when my appetite isn't good. I can take a dose and within 30 minutes I'm eating anything I can get my hands on! It's reasonably cheap as well, and most placed have discounts.
I have small appetite as well.
If i cant eat it,I'll blend it.
Proteins, yogurts, with whole fat milk(If I need the extra calories that day)
Also take post workout carbs with whey, more calories in.
I tried b12(liquid version of an organic brand called Garden of Life)seemed to help plus gave me an energy boost the first week.
Been wanting to try the injectable version, just havnt got the chance to.
If you try an herbs though,
im gonna call you"The Happy Camper" for being so happy and satiated.
