Mid cycle blood work question

I am currently on a cycle of :
Test prop 50mg eod
Tren ace 100mg eod
6.25 aromasin ed

I have blood work done earlier this week as I just started week 4.

Please see attached my results.

The note from the doc said the following :

"one or two liver enzymes elevated.

Creatinine and egfr are kidneys and are not functioning at an optimum level. check what you are using"

Can anyone give me any more insight into this blood work as I cannot ask the doc anymore as it was a free clinic and only open 1 day every other week.

My oestrogen looks slight above range . Should I up my aromasin to 12.5 daily as I occasionally feel nips are a bit sore but the pain seems to disappear when I get on with my day.

Also they don't check for prolactin but do for progesterone. I started getting a bit limp during sex so stared 0.25 caber every 3.5 days and has seemed to help a lot so I was going to continue this protocol.

If you are training hard its normal for liver to show elevated transaminases, and it can also raise creatinine slightly.

Creatinine is a poor kidney function marker for bodybuilders, as creatinine is a waste produced by muscles removed by kidneys from blood. The problem is the more muscle mass, the more creatinine you are going to produce while the kidney function remains pretty much the same (it can be increased by increasing water intake).

E2 is fine.

So you are taking 50mg prop EOD, about 175mg per week, your total test looks a bit low for someone on cycle...

So u think my test is underdosed ?

Could there be anything to affect the test ? I had the blood taken at day 21 , is that long enough to build levels up in the blood?

Also is there anyway of identifying if the trenbolone is legit from the bloodwork?

I got a few of the classic tren sides the first couple of weeks but seem to have calmed down a bit now I have been on a bit longer and my body is changing quite rapidly so I think it's legit .

You say E2 looks fine but considering I've been getting slight nip pain when touched ,no lumps, would it not be beneficial to increase aromasin and get down to the lower end of the range ?

BB's on point, as always. Sure, you can up your aromasin a bit and see if it makes a difference.

Your test is under dosed.

I'd say it's about half strength, give or take.

When I take 50mg of prop EOD my TT is at or slightly above 1,100ng/dl.

I was only taking the test as base for the tren so Should I increase to 1ml eod of test or carry on as I am ?

Anyway of figuring out if the tren is legit apart from the sides ?

As long as you're feeling alright I'd continue without any changes.

Short of having your tren lab tested there's no way to judge it's quality other than sides or results.

Even judging trens strength by side effects isn't accurate because I've had different batches of tren that were equally as effective but caused less sides.

If all your compounds and ancillaries are from the same source then there's a good chance they're all under dosed.

Are you using a pharmacy grade AI?

I'd consider 12.5mg/d of stane a low to moderate dose.

Edit: Adult male reference range for stand estradiol assay is 7.6−42.6 pg/ml, and 8.0−35.0 pg/ml for sensitive estradiol assay.

I just did the conversation and your e2 is 60.75 pg/ml.

Though it's slightly above range that's not bad for a standard e2 assay.

Men will usually test 10-20 points higher on a standard e2 test because it's designed for women.

If you feel alright there's no need to change you AI dose.

Test powder is dirt cheap compared to tren. If they are under dosing your test I can almost guarantee they are doing the same to the tren.
