Noted, sounds like your doing good, keep up the good work (and us posted too).

I can relate about bloating, sometimes my belly looks 9 months pregnant.

Good results, def see mass gains in the shoulders and arms. Unless your flexing in the after shots and not the before shots. But I can tell chest is improved also and just all around body composition. What was your first cycle and how long and what was your training and diet like

    Hi Marsoc

    Thanks!

    Cycle was 200mg Tren E & 250mg Test E for 12 weeks
Then I cruised on 200mg test e for a while
Cycled 500mg Test E and 500mg Nandrolone Dec

My weight has gone up and my bodyfat reduced.

As for training, I dont really stick to a routine, I chop and change, sometimes I will lift a nice medium weight and have an extremley low rest time inbetween sets. Sometimes il go in there and lift as heavy as I can with a slightly longer rest time.

Diet to be honest I dont really stick to one, I eat when im hungry and make sure its the right foods. I dont calorie count or anything, just eat healthy and sensibly.

With my daytime work now, I think il lose more bodyfat in the coming weeks and months, on my next cycle im going to lift heavy and hard as well as eat a couple more meals per day.

    That's great work.
Some pics flexed before and after would help too,
but can really see some gains.
Are the end pics from when you've been of for 3mo too?

    Hi Doc
    Thanks

I dont have any pre cycle tense pics that was just me lounging around the house before i got back into the game (prior to the before pic I had my son and worked long hours for a low rate of pay and I never trained for 2 years, so there will be a degree of muscle memory in my favour too

The after pics are 3 months (may even be 4 months) after PCT

So i think i look good considering ive been off for so long, it feels like this is me now (of course with correct maintenance)

Cant wait to hit dbol tren and test and blow up
