I had some time to consume caffeine and got 2 caps(400mg) and it hit the sweet spots in 10 minutes.So I decided to share with you all the goodies about caffeine with this ncbi post you should read if you already haven't!
Caffeine is by far my favorite ingredient in a supplyment but in a preworkout formula we get so much junk and stimulants that in the depth of time they can cause problems like heart disease etc etc. Most preworkouts have like 400mg caffeine PLUS stimulants which as a combo not only they raise cortisol in levels you don't want but also they are just too much to handle.
In my own opinion one should use caffeine and a non stimulant preworkout with alot of citrulline if he is in the chase of pumps!
