I'm doing a mix of Powerlifting, regular bodybuilding and calisthetics, this is the same workout which helped me gain 15 lbs in 2 months while I was on SARMS... yet after I stopped my cycle I have lost about half of those gains and now I'm just maintaining myself...
I'm doing 1 hour of martial arts cardio followed by 1 hour of weight lifting... so 1.5 - 2 hours per day, you'd expect to make some gains.
Help guys!
