I've been lifting x3 a week for 2.5 years now.
I am NOT looking to get huge. I definitely don't want to grow so fast that it seems unrealistic. My goals from the cycle are:
- Performance boost in sports
- Gain a small amount of lean, high quality muscle (that hopefully I can keep afterwards).
- Harden up a bit
I am considering doing Test E at 250mg/week (pinning twice a week) and Anavar. Most of the "First cycle recommendations" say Test E at 500mg a week, but I'm worried that's too much for me.
My questions:
-Am I too young? I'm definitely done growing height-wise. But some people say wait until you're 18+, others say 21+, and others say 25-26+. Which is correct?
- Is 250mg too small of an amount?
- What AI dosage would be recommended for 250mg?
