Most people do 500mg (2ml) per week split into 2 injections.

So Monday morning take 1ml, then Thursday evening take 1 ml.

If you just plan on doing 1ml per week you probably won't see much in terms of "results"

If he is TRT he will see some results, that was my TRT dose for around 2 years, I cut a ton of fat and started to get some good lean muscle. It actually paved the way for AAS for me...
