High RBC before my next cycle

Hey my REd blood cell count is high, as well as hemoglobin and HCT.

I'm looking to start another 10 week cycle, I am fully recovered besides this


Can I give blood and be G2G?

I would DEFINITlEY give blood, get numbers done again a month after dropping and see where you are at.

This ^^ definitely want to do a DRBC(double red blood cell donation) your HCT is borderline on the stroke side... look up blood drives by AHA!

I didn't do a double red, they told me I'd be better off doing a regular blood donation cause you can get them every two months opposed to 4 months.

I have never donated and i always reach 53 when cycling. Im stil around. I think Nach there exagerates a bit when he uses 54 and stroke in the same sentence.
But some of us worry like gxxxx...some of us are men. Ok ok. Last one' s joke.

That's because its you, and you're ignorant because you don't care about your health and don't know Jack. Stop giving advice about things to do with health and steroid use. Keep quiet and learn before you get someone hurt pig.

OP, donate some blood. It's not hard, plus you can save a life. Take the advice from the guys that know and are trying to help you. Anytime your blood count gets high, that's never a good thing, and it can be easily treated. You have gotten some great advice here, and some from a guy that would rather brag about being a piece of garbage. Don't listen to Sil. He only wants to start arguments with the vets and staff (why he's still here I'll never know). Any advice he gives is going to contradict advice they would give. I know you can see through it.

You need to donate before attempting another cycle, but also if you don't.

Did you PCT your last cycle or are you cruising year round?

yeah I ran a pct. I am recovered besides the blood cells. Going to donate now.

Yeah I PCT'd fully recovered. Just donated. When should I check my bloods like a week? And if I'm in range should I be good?

Give it a month. Your body needs longer than a week to regulate, replace, recoup and stabalize.

But ofcourse i would never start a serious cycle wirh hct over 50.

My point was, even if its not good, a stroke for an otherwize healthy bloke at hematocrit 54, would be very rare.
