Dostinex - strange. Anyone with experience?

I'm on TRT for three years now. Cruising on 160mg weekly, going up to 240 for short (8 week) cycles.

I had some pain in my right forearm, so I added 100 mg Deca to my 240 mg Testosterone for 6 weeks. My libido dropped a bit. I got a blood test and my e2 was up and my prolactin.

I took some extra Aromasin and my libido seemed better. I managed to get hold of some pharma grade Dostinex (caber). I took an 0.5 mg tab, last Monday. By Tuesday night, I had zero interest in sex and I couldn't get an erection if you offered my a hundred Dollars!

I have.a slight BPH, but Tuesday night I had to get up 6 times to go pee. It's now Thursday, I have difficulty urinating, I have zero erections and my BPH is the worst it's been for three years.

I thought Dostinex was supposed to INCREASE sex functions and I haven't seen any correlation between Caber and prostate problems.

Does anyone have similar experience? I imagine it's going to come back to normal in a week or so. Any other hormonal problems that it can cause.,

how much aromasin did you take exactly?.... maybe you crashed you E2...seems unlikely but you didn't say how much "extra" you took...

It's not BPH it's the caber playing with nervous system functioning, you need to let your system adapt, you should feel better starting in 1-2 weeks.

.5 is too much try .25 every third day.

I don' think I crashed my estrogen. I normally take 1/2 tab once per week. I just took an extra 1/2 tab in the middle of the week.

It sure FEELS like my BPH playing up. About four years ago, I had too much to drink at a party. That's how I found BPH. I couldn't per at all, had to get catheyerized at the hospital. I started taking Saw Palmetto. It helped, now I take 5 mg Cialis every day a well. (FDA Approved) not had a BPH problem again until now. My PSA I well within range.

I took your advice and too 0.25 mg on Thu evening. I'm still peeing more times than normal. The flow is only a trickle and it takes a while to start. My sex life died. It's impossible to get an erection and it's now Sat.

Would I take another 0.25 on Sunday evening or just give up?

Thanks for the good advice. I hadn't heard of this stuff before. I very much doubt if my doctor will prescribe it, but I see that I can get it online from the UK. It's pointless to attempt to get anything from the USA, Customs confiscate everything even remotely medical if it comes from outside of the EU.

Yes. I do 1mg twice per day.

As I suspected, not only isn't my doctor(?) interested, the drug isn't even available in this country.

I managed to get hold of some 4mg long acting Doxazosine, from somewhere. I chopped them into 4. Took 1 mg yesterday morning and another last night.

It's the first night that I slept right through and never had to get up once for a piss. Brilliant! Thanks for the info. So far no side effects. Took another 1 mg this morning
