I realize most people probably struggle with trying to keep from overeating while training, but I simply do better when I can consume more calories than I really "want". Don't like the feeling of force feeding. Lots of supplements out there that decrease the appetite for fat loss/cutting etc. I am trying to find something that might actually increase my appetite. I recently went on MK-677 and one of the side effects is intense hunger. I was actually very happy with that, but it is only a temporary side effect like lethargy and water retention. It goes away after a few weeks. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
