I am 5'7 204 lbs i lost 30lbs already and now I feel I need to loose another 20. I carry all my in my mid section and lower chest. I am getting married in 4 weeks I have been crash dieting to get the weight off. Then after that up my cals. but i think i am defiantly eating way less than i need to. I have no issues sticking to the diet and staying away from cheating. a typical day for me is this
3 whole eggs 1/2 cup of eggs whites
protein shake 1 scoop 25g protein and half serving of udos oil
4-6 oz (chicken or ground turky) cup of brocolli
80 oz tin of lemon tuna and 1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese.

4-6 oz chicken, turkey, steak or pork chop) 4 spears of asperagus
if i am feeling hungry at night I have a spoon or 2 of Peanut butter
Some times i switch my proteins and use tilapia or salmon
on average im getting 1300-1500 cal a day split between 50% protein 40% fat 10% carbs, give or take 5% different days.
