    When to get labs

I recently started TRT, test-c every 3.5 days. I inject Monday in the evening and Friday in the morning. I have my follow up six week appointment with my Dr next week and am suppose to get blood drawn for lab work this week. If I'm following the above injection schedule, should I get blood drawn tomorrow (Wednesday) or Thursday the day before my next injection? Thanks

Immediately prior to your scheduled next scheduled injection. That is, at the lowest part of the 3.5 day cycle.

Thanks for the reply. With me not being on an AI, would getting my bloods done when test is lowest effect my E2 levels? As in if my test is higher for first two days after injection E2 should be higher as well. I may be over thinking this, but if I have high e2 I want to get it taken care of.

Also, don't worry to much about "morning or evening" injection times as its really not that important. Just inject any time on those days and you'll be fine, you won't notice any difference.

Yes, you probably are over thinking it. It's a bit early to be worrying about high E2. It will fluctuate with the same rhythm as your T levels since it is a downstream hormone derived from T. Many guys get overly paranoid of E2 and end up crushing it down to levels that are too low. Men need E2 too for normal sexual function. Without it, you'll have a major case of ED.

If your doc has prescribed a reasonable dose, and you are injecting on a 3.5 day schedule, chances of having too high of E2 are pretty remote.
