Sup everyone! New to the forum but not to the world of body building. I'm 32 years young and have been lifting for 14 years at various intensities. Started with a crappy home gym and things snowballed from there... Joined a "real" gym, read everything i could on diet and training.... Over the years i've collected a few injuries, a couple that just wont go away despite many months of physical therapy, Graston, dry needling, massage, ext. I'm looking into doing a lower dose cycle of test/deca as I work through rehab with my physical therapist. I know a lot of people are very opinionated on the matter of injuries and cycles but I feel like I've exhausted most options. Don't get me started on peptides. Been there, tried that. I've done 2 cycles of test in the past but it's been a few years. I'm also looking into getting a 6 month prescription for HGH, if it's even possible... It's expensive, but i'm at my wits end. Anyways, looking forward to getting involved in the community.
