I already told Zeus he won...but I will finish my commitment with pics by tomorrow, I am off finally so I will have time...I apologize to you zues as you had your pics in on time so kudos to you but I would like to see how everyone fared so hopefully the rest will post up too...again great job and great commitment to your goals.... natty no less...my biggest prob with pics is being able to hide my face as my phone wont let me "crop" the pics like it did before not sure what I'm doing wrong otherwise I would have had them in already...

Thank you ghetto i appreciate it. I wasnt always perfect but seeing some of the physiques you guys have really pushed me to go that little further.

I spend pretty much most of my free time researching stuff fitness related whether that be diet, training or drugs lol... i think ive found my thing that i can be good at. And it is certianly filling some sort of gap in my life at the moment giving me a purpose.
If i hadnt had the mindset of getting bigger and better i dont know if id have got out of bed some days over the last little while.

Thankyou everyone for your support. I only hope i can put as much into this board in the future as i have taken out.
