    Question Injection info please!!!!!

    I have a box of 1 inch needles and would like to hit the glutes???? Could I use these needles?????

    Why not just shoot the quads its easier IMO. Could you hit the glutes I couldn't really tell you with out seeing you but I know some bro's who have. If your really lean it might be ok but quads would be a better bet IMO
