Hey guys, I've been scanning over the forums for months now and have learned quite a bit from you guys. Really knowledgeable people here to say the least. A little about myself, I'm 5'5" and 148 lbs, been lifting for about 4 years now and have competed in a few shows (classic physique, men's open bodybuilding).
I'm looking to do this in the safest, most educated manner possible. I'm an exercise science manner at my university heading into senior year. I'm also a personal trainer. So I love to educate myself about exercise and nutrition before I ever attempt to try something new on myself. I'm sure with your guys' help, I can achieve my goals of achieving a large, aesthetic, out-of-this-world physique!
