Hello everyone,

Been off and on lurking for a while and reading up on some of the profiles of the anabolics, etc. on the site (how I found this forum).

About me: 30 years old now, been lifting since about 23/24. Started out as a semi typical gym bro, educated myself, and got into more of Powerlifting.

Now working on getting stronger, not so much "bigger", I like being in the 220lb/100 kilo class, but drop BF and get some aesthetics up, and recover from a back injury, which would definitely help me in getting stronger.

current stats: 5'10" 226-228 lbs, I thought I was high teens, now I'm feeling I might be more around 20%....

So my stacks would be more recomp, dropping a little weight, so I can sit around 223....225 tops at a lower BF

Have changed jobs and so now cleaned up my diet a bit, and already helping.

looked into Austinite's "drop fat" thread and about to start in hopes of getting me closer to 15/16% and see about starting a stack. (after Austinite's first cycle thread recommendation)
