You need to go see an orthopedic doc immediately. An MRI should be done and then a determination whether surgery is needed. If only partially torn then you should not need it unless it's hanging by a thread. Don't do any bicep work in the meantime obviously.
Fortunately I've been able to train everything else like normal during this time frame and odds are you will be able to as well. After a few weeks of getting the inflammation out I was able to start rehabbing it. Light weight, high reps, etc. Pretty much back to normal now. Just staying a bit light out of fear coupled with respect.
Get to your Doc on Monday! They'll probably do an ultra-sound in the office but for accuracy you'll still need an MRI, imho. Post up here how it goes. If that is the case I have a few ideas for you.
