When I was a fat man I had 145/95, like that for 10 years or better. Also was a heavy drug user

Lost 125lbs, its now 105 or so over 60
And I am a pack a day smoker and 750mg a day caffeine addict

Buy a BP monitor and practice biofeedback style breathing. Take your BP, breathe in at 1/3 the time it takes to exhale and breathe at a constant rate that is natural for you. Normal rate is 12-18 Breaths/minute but you can get it down to 8-10. Keep your chest open and use diaphramatic breathing.

Use a BP monitor at wake, if your BP is regular then its not chronic (that's good) and it's just the situations in which your in. Try magnesium at 1.5 grams at dinner and/or Cialis.

I had an overdose of 5-iAI and was on 240/140 for 6 hours or more (It was an accident, but I realized how much the human body can admit)
    Usually I have 130/85.

Also, don't forget that if your hematocrit levels are high due to TRT this can also increase your BP. Giving blood really helps with this.
