How do you decrease puffy malar fat pads???

Malar fat pad is apparently the name of this area?



It has become puffy and with big pores. I don't think it's water retention because I just lost 5kg water. Or maybe that was intra-musucular water only...

Anyway, I'm sure I'm not alone disliking this area.. haha Anyone has any advice?

As far as actually reducing the entire pad... I can't help you. But I do know from experience that injectable filler next to the nose will lift the pad a bit... reducing any dark circles and spreading out that area so it appears less "full."
