Been in the gym several years on and off. Wasn't real committed after I had gotten married and had kids. Now I'm divorced and have lots of free time so it makes it much easier to be consistent.
I'm in the gym after work 5 days a week. I'm just putting down as much food as possible. I've always struggled with gaining mass. My metabolism and TDE is through the roof.
Allergies: Dairy and Seafood
I need to work on my nutrition. I'm consistently eating 5 meals a day along with a morning and evening shake and around 8 eggs a day. I haven't calculated everything down to the gram yet.
I'm taking a preworkout, creatine mono, BCAA's, and protein daily with a multi vitamin.
I'm hoping to do a cycle of test e soon 250mg monday am & thursday pm along with hCG same times same amount and armidex .25mg eod. PCT Nolvadex and Clomid 75/50/50/50 40/20/20/20.
I'm here for knowledge. I really would like to do a cycle and I'm feeling impatient. Honesty is the best policy right? lol
