running 500 test a week 12 weeks.
eating about 2700 cals a day and doing 2 clean cheat meals a week and 1 bad cheat meal a week

75 grams, oats and cream of rice post
i eat all clean food, chicken steak rice almonds. bananas in the AM with oats and protein power.
just finished 12 weeks of test e yesterday. was actaully going to start pct in 2 weeks.
140 is pretty jacked on a 5' tall frame.
35g of fat is way too low for a bulk . heck thats too low for most sedentary people even .
You gotta before and after pic? Id like to see 140 on 60"
looks like you need more kcal. 2700 is not that high.
